The following is a list of minimum fees to be charged for investigating title and preparing and certifying conveyances, mortgages and debentures, and vesting tiles, deeds of gift etc., as recommended by the Bar Association of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

From EC$5,001.00 to EC$10,000.00 = EC$ 525.00 plus 4% excess
From EC$10,001.00 to EC$25,000.00 = EC$ 525.00 plus 3% excess of $10,000
EC$25,000.00 = EC$ 975.00
From EC$25,001.00 of EC$50,000.00 = EC$ 975.00 plus 2.25% excess of $25,000
EC$50,000 = EC$ 1,538.00
Values above EC$50,000.00 = EC$ 1,538.00 plus 1.25% excess of 50,000.00
Vesting title, Deed of gift etc. = .50% of Conveyance fees
Release or Re-conveyance = EC$300.00
Execution, preparing affidavit, and registering mortgage bill prepared by Bank = EC$50.00
